Job Description

QUALIFICATION:
Successfully completed studies in Human Medicine -> 9-month basic training (rotation) -> specialization basic training as well as specialization focus training in the chosen specialization (duration between 63 and 72 months without studies - depending on the specialization) -> graduation with specialist examination at the Austria Medical Chamber  

Licensed Physician - Specialist Certification in “Orthopaedics & Traumatology” 

ACTIVITIES:
* Treatment of the entire spectrum of orthopaedic and traumatological conditions
* Conservative and surgical therapies, including outpatient and clinical care curricula
* Patient care before, during, and after procedures
* Performance of endoscopic and imaging diagnostic procedures (e.g., X-rays, MRI, ultrasound)
* Collaboration in emergency care and on-call services
* Participation in the further development of treatment pathways, quality assurance, and continuing education
* Collaboration with other specialist departments, physical therapy and pain therapy, and rehabilitation
