QUALIFICATION:
Successfully completed studies in Human Medicine -> 9-month basic training (rotation) -> specialization basic training as well as specialization focus training in the chosen specialization (duration between 63 and 72 months without studies - depending on the specialization) -> graduation with specialist examination at the Austria Medical Chamber  

Licensed Physician - Specialist Certification in Occupational Medicine (or equivalent qualification) with additional qualifications in Applied Physiology/Occupational Physiology

ACTIVITIES:
* Specialized medical care for employees in occupational medicine and occupational health care
* Conducting occupational health screenings, preventive measures, and health promotion programs
* Assessment of health impairments, occupational diseases, and work-related illnesses
* Participation in company health management projects, stress analyses, and risk assessments
* Collaboration with HR, safety professionals, company physicians, and external partners
* Organization and implementation of training courses, health checks, and vaccination programs
* Documentation, billing, and compliance in accordance with applicable guidelines
* Use of modern diagnostic and analytical methods from applied physiology for performance and health assessment
* Professional guidance, supervision, and further development of the medical team
