Job Description

QUALIFICATION:

6 semester training as bachelor's degree program at Universities of Applied Sciences including the following key curriculum topics:
Movement Theory & Biomechanics / Anatomy / Physiology / Orthopaedics / Neurology / Physiotherapy in Prevention, Therapy & Rehabilitation / Examination & Diagnostic Procedures 

  • This profession can only be practiced after completing the legally prescribed training
  • Professional activities are based on the legally prescribed training content
  • Registration in the “Register of Health Professions” is mandatory to practice this profession

Completed vocational training or studies as a Physiotherapist (Bachelor's/Master's or state-recognized)

ACTIVITIES: 
* Conducting physiotherapy assessments and treatments to promote mobility, pain reduction, and functional capacity
* Development of individualized therapy concepts, documenting findings, treatment plans, and progress
* Implementation of preventive measures, rehabilitation after injuries or surgeries, and postoperative support
* Close collaboration with physicians, therapists from other disciplines, nurses, and family members
* Advising and training patients and caregivers
* Participation in the development and implementation of rehabilitation concepts (e.g., orthopaedics, neurology, geriatrics)
* Ensuring hygiene, safety, and data protection standards
* Participation in regular team meetings, continuing education programs, and quality assurance
