Job Description

QUALIFICATION: 
Education: Degree programs at universities and technical colleges in "Mechanical & Plant Engineering" with some very specializations (e. g. raw material handling systems, hydraulic systems, automated systems, special machine construction) 
Further fields of study - depending on the desired industry:
Systems for the production of medical devices, vehicle construction, energy supply, systems for the production of cosmetics  or food, chemical process engineering, systems for the manufacture of packaging and composites (e. g. milk or soup packaging), systems of conveyor technology (conveyor baths, cranes) or transportation technology (cable cars, trains, special machines) for people or transport goods 

Completed degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field

ACTIVITIES:
* Conception, design, and dimensioning of plant components and systems (mechanical assemblies, hydraulics, pneumatics, drive technology)
* Creation of 3D models, drawings, parts lists, and technical specifications
* Conducting strength, tolerance, and FEM analyses
* Design and evaluation of materials, manufacturing processes, and connection types
* Support in projects from the concept phase to commissioning, including prototype construction and testing
* Collaboration with Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance, Electrical/Automation, and Customer Service
* Cost-benefit analyses, scheduling, risk and change management
* Documentation, preparation of technical reports, and support during acceptance/validation
* Support during commissioning, service calls, and on-site optimization
