QUALIFICATION:
Education: Bachelor´s or Master´s programs at Universities or Universities of Applied Sciences, e. g. in the fields of “Computer Science” or “Systems Engineering”, but also a Doctoral program can be completed 
Bachelor´s program – Computer Science – key curriculum topics:
Operating Systems / Networks / Database Systems / Programming / Hardware Technology / Software Engineering / User Experience / IT Project Management / IT Security / Web Development
Master´s program – Competences in the respective subject area are further deepened, specialized and expanded – specialization in a specific area is possible as part of a Computer Science degree

Completed degree or comparable qualification in Computer Science / Information Technology / IT Systems Operations 

ACTIVITIES:
* Planning, implementation and operation of IT infrastructures (servers, storage, networks, virtualization, backup/recovery)
* Design and implementation of automation and monitoring solutions (e.g., scripts, IaC, observability)
* Troubleshooting, incident and problem management, and root-cause analyses
* Participation in migration and modernization projects (on-premises, cloud, hybrid)
* Ensuring security, compliance, and backup strategies
* Coordination of vendors, IT partners, and internal stakeholders
* Creation of documentation, operational concepts (runbooks), and knowledge databases
* Support in CapEx/OpEx planning and budget monitoring
