QUALIFICATION:
Education: Bachelor´s or Master`s degree programs at Universities or Universities of Applied Science, e. g. in the fields of “Computer Science”, “Business Informatics” or “Management”, but also a Doctoral Program can be completed
Bachelor´s program – Computer Science – key curriculum topics: 
Operating Systems / Networks / Database Systems / Programming / Hardware Technology / Software Engineering / User Experience / IT Project Management / IT Security / Web Development
Master´s program – Computer Science: 
Competences are further deepened, specialized and expanded. Specialization in a specific area is possible as part of a Computer Science degree
Completed degree in Computer Science / Business Informatics or a comparable qualification

ACTIVITIES:
* Development, implementation and further development of quality assurance processes (quality assurance, testing, auditing, compliance)
* Planning, organizing and executing test strategies (manual testing, automated testing, performance testing)
* Defining and monitoring IT quality metrics (KPIs/quality gates, defect density, MTTR, release readiness)
* Collaboration with development, product management, delivery, and operations to ensure quality standards
* Creation and maintenance of quality documentation, test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria
* Establishment and maintenance of test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress) and continuous testing in CI/CD pipelines
* Conducting audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, GDPR requirements)
* Mentoring and training teams on quality methods, testing standards, and best practices
* Support in release and change management processes, including acceptance and approval of releases
* Continuous process improvement, introduction of quality gates, and standardization of procedures
