QUALIFICATION:
Education: 5 years at higher technical institutions in “Computer Science”, 
“Electronics” or “Technical Computer Science”
Computer Science – key curriculum topics: Software Engineering / Cyber Security / Artificial Intelligence / Databases / Project Management / Business Administration / Accounting 
Additional qualification: SAP or Cisco (school-dependent)
Practical experience: School-owned workshops as well as through multi-week mandatory internships in companies
Educational option:
IT Project Manager -> Studies at University / University of Applied Sciences

Completed degree in Computer Science / Business Informatics / Business Administration or comparable qualification

ACTIVITIES:
* Managing and controlling IT projects from kick-off to go-live, adhering to budget, schedule, and quality
* Creation of project plans, risk management, change management, and stakeholder management
* Coordination of internal teams, external service providers, and partners; interface between departments, IT, and business
* Monitoring progress, KPIs, milestones, and status reports for management
* Planning and controlling resources, budgeting, and procurement processes
* Ensuring quality and testing processes, acceptance criteria, and release management
* Facilitation of workshops, reviews, and decision-making meetings; promotion of a collaborative project culture
* Compilation of documentation, lessons learned, and continuous improvement
