QUALIFICATION:
Education:
Bachelor´s and Master´s degree programs at Universities or Technical Colleges in the fields of “Human Resources Management” / “Business Administration” / “Management” / “Economics”, but also a Doctoral Program can be completed
Degree program – Human Resources Management - key curriculum topics: 
Personnel Planning / Strategic HR Management / HR Marketing / Personnel Development / Business Administration / Labor Law / Intercultural Skills / Employer Branding / Change Management 

Completed university degree in Human Resources / Business Administration or comparable qualification

ACTIVITIES:
* Responsibility for the holistic HR strategy and implementation 
* Advising and supporting specialist departments on all HR-related issues (employment law, compensation, benefits, HR processes)
* Participation in talent management, succession planning, and personnel development
* Managing recruiting, on-boarding, contract drafting, and working time/sickness management
* Design and optimization of HR processes, payroll cooperation, and benchmarking
* Contact person for managers and employees for conflict resolution, change management, and employment law issues
* Creation of  HR key performance indicators, reports, and dashboards as well as conducting budget and resource planning
* Responsibility for data protection, compliance, audit support, and HR risk management
* Collaboration with payroll, recruiting, learning & development, and external partners

A - Several years of professional experience in HR management, preferably in a leading role B - Profound experience in a generalist role or as HR manager C - In-depth knowledge of employment law & compensation structures D - In-depth knowledge of payroll fundamentals & HR Processes E - Ideally, knowledge of HRIS/HR software (SAP HR, Workday, Personio, or similar) F - Confident use of MS Office G - Strong consulting, facilitation, coaching & leadership skills H - Discretion, service-oriented working style, good stakeholder management I - Fluent German & English skills - written and spoken
