Job Description

QUALIFICATION:

Education: 3 or 5 years at vocational schools with business or commercial focus
Advantageous advanced qualifications: Business Administration / Accounting

Completed commercial training in Human Resources or comparable qualification (e.g., Industrial Clerk, HR Administrator)

ACTIVITIES:
* Handling HR processes in the operational HR department (registrations, de-registrations, and changes of registration, time recording, absences)
* Payroll processing in coordination with payroll (planning, implementation, corrections)
* Maintenance of personnel files and managing relevant documents
* Contact person for employees regarding topics such as working hours, vacation, contractual issues, and social benefits
* Participation in recruiting, onboarding, contract drafting, and time recording
* Supporting HR projects, audits, and compliance with labour and data protection regulations
* Preparation of HR reports, key performance indicators, and regular evaluations
